Worst place to pickup.They go to sleep after you check in.Take 2-6 hrs for loading,doesn’t matter if you the only truck even.

If dropping and or picking up at Proctor&Gamble coming north on PA-87 , Let’s simplify what to do. If you know for a fact that you are dropping a empty and or a loaded trailer, at the stop light turn left and and make an immediate right and pull up to either stop sign and walk your paperwork into the guard house, and they will instruct you what to do next. If you are doing a live load and or a live unload, from PA-87 north turn right and proceed toward the scales and stop at the small metal connex/security house at the small stop sign on your right before the scales. The guard will come out and instruct you where to go and what to do. I hope this will help for they had me going around in circles wasting my drive time ,for there is no signs to let a driver know what to do. When I did finally got checked in I found where I needed to be bumped the dock and was emptied out in less than 20 minutes and gone.

My second time here, first time was in and out in an hour
Second time was late for my appointment by 2 hours. Still got the dock right away and loaded within hour and a half.

They do not welcome drivers. Old lady with DHL vest came for my paperwork and asked how I got in the building. I explained to her that I had to use the restroom and received directions from staff . “You are not allowed in the building!!” She yeld. I politely asked how do drivers get access to a restroom? “ you will have to drive out of here and go look for one. After you can come back to get unloaded or you can go walk to the drop lot and use a potty if one is available to you guys but you need to wash your hands with clorex or something before coming back!!”

She then added, “I know this isn’t fair for the drivers and I wish they are treated with respect “

First time here..I think everybody goes to p&g drop lot to check in at guard then goes to further dock assistance..PA-87 signs for drop lot..i81 to 309north it becomes 29 then left 6 west and left PA-87 last 50 miles are small road but not bad or I 80 to 180 then 405 which leads to 220 south then PA-87 last 22 miles on pa 87 are zig zag road ..small truck stop dandy mini mart (1mile) on PA-87 and Citgo or dc fuel on hwy 6 (4 miles)..I don’t know about negative reviews but I did not see any problem loaded early and every body nice

Nasty place for backing up...no room, take time to load/unload and when you are ready to leave the dock, you can't not because the other truck front of you, blocking you.
Bring water/food, good luck, be patient!!
