Four Peaks Farm is a quaint, private eventing facility situated on 10 acres in northeast Scottsdale, Arizona, in the beautiful Sonoran Desert. The riding amenities include a lighted jumping arena with a full course of show jumps, a standard size dressage court, and a 50' round pen. All of the arenas have excellent all-weather footing and are watered and dragged regularly.
The farm borders McDowell Mountain Park, a 25 square mile regional park with access for horse, foot, and bike traffic, giving miles of trails and fabulous availability of galloping and conditioning tracks.
The barns features 12 X 12 stalls with rubber mats, automatic waterers, and 20' runs. There are ceiling fans in the breezeway and each stall has its own fan to help keep the horses cool in the heat of the summer. There is also a fly system that treats each stall in addition to the breezeway. The wash racks have hot and cold water and there is a laundry facility for the boarders’ use. The tack room, lounge, and rest room are climate controlled. The twice-daily feedings offer a combination of alfalfa hay and bermuda grass with Purina Strategy, Enrich or Ultium. They keep a close eye on the body condition of each horse, and feed is adjusted accordingly.
All horses are turned out daily, either all day or all night. They have three large grass pastures and three smaller turnouts without grass. All of the turnouts have large shelters, hay feeders, and ample fresh water.
It is not open for general public and there are no tours. Parking is limited to invited guests and visitors.
