Urban Creators' farm is so dope!! They have all manner of fruits, vegetables and herbs growing. Right now there are sugar baby melons, cucumbers, blackberries, thyme, basil, chocolate mint, and a whole host of others that I can't recall. The farm is an oasis of green in the middle of the city, and you can tell that they truly care about the plants and the neighborhood, including the kids who participate in the growing and harvesting. I plan to visit often, and maybe next time I'll get some collards out of the you-pick boxes!

I have live in this community where pollution is high and outrageous. For a group of individuals to commit to positive work is always an up to me for me. For them to even come in this area to teach and beautifying nature is amazing. This a extremely bad neighborhood. I commend them. Thanks

Urban creators' farm is an absolutely amazing place to go. I have gone to each of their Hoodstock events since 2016. You can see the dedication to community outreach as the voulenteer staff always are trying new ways to show kids how to grow food, be healthy, and be an asset to their community rather. They do an amazing job incorporating the arts into their space having multiple [real] graffiti artists do murals on the walls outside creating a welcoming and vibrant environment. They donate a lot of fresh produce and they have all natural organic food growing on the premises. It is an amazing place.

Their volunteer days 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 10-2 so it was great I caught them in time! I had a neat time helping re-mulching the area
