The appointment for delivery was at 11 am. I checked in at 10:35. The security guy gave me a door right away. Stuff was friendly and unloaded me really fast. At 11:40 I have my signed bills.

These receivers and shippers have gotten way to comfortable with disrespecting truckers time. Unfortunately they ran into the wrong owner operator today. Our income is based off of loads completed and not hourly.

After waiting 3hrs pass my appointment time, I tried to inquire about what was the delay with unloading a half of a truck and was greeted with hostility and aggression. They made it clear that my time wasn't respected and I should just wait without any update.

Had an interview for 2pm. Got there at 1:51. The person I was to interview with (Jeffrey Smith) finally came out at 2:40 to the lobby to come get me. No apology and no reason whatsoever for being almost an hour late. I get to his office and he tells me the Day Shift Loader position is closed but maybe he could put me for the night shift selector. So not only did I waste almost an hour sitting in the lobby, I also waisted gas because (Jeffrey Smith) had me come in knowing the position had been already filled. He came across very arrogant and unapologetic. Literally the worst interview experience ever.

Please never come back to this facility. Our appointment was at 7 am, but now it is 12 pm we are still not empty yet—very bad facility.

Only 3 stars because 1. No place to stage.
2. Don't show up more than 1/2 hr before your appointment, there's no place to wait on the street so you just gotta go down the road till you find something.
3. They park trailers and allow outside carriers to park in some spots directly in front of docks.
If you turn left onto Willowbrook go to the 2nd entrance and not the 1st one, signs are hard to see at night because they're not lit up eventhough the signs are large. Eventhough it's a new building it's not your typical Sysco where you have plenty of room to park on the street and you (for the most part) have plenty of room to maneuver into your dock, eventhough this facility is bigger it's definitely not as good as some of their older places.

Load very fast, sametime I did check in give a door, don't have drivers lounge and restrooms, only portable 👎🏻

Take the PA-987 exit off of US-22 and go north on PA-987 to E Race Street. Left on E Race Street. Right on Willowbrook Road. Don't follow the detour signs on PA-987 for Willowbrook Road or you're going to get lost. Use the above directions. Follow to customer on left. Use last entrance where you see the number 800 above the building. Don't enter where it says main office and will call. Use the driveway entrance marked receiving and check in with the guard on duty. Put bills in the back of the trailer when assigned a door. Trucks in front of the doors and construction going on makes backing a little challenging. When light goes green a second time they're done. For now everything is contactless with all the construction going on but that may change. Port a john at the end of the docks for use if needed
