I'm jealous, seriously. I don't think we, humans, have stores that look that cool.
Beautiful store, spacious, clean, great layout, well stocked. I found some cat food that is hard to find in stores, only online.
Sweet cats for adoption are on the first floor by the cashier.
Definitely recommend just stopping by and seeing it for yourself.

The most luxurious pet store I've ever walked into! I thought they closed down the union square location but they just moved it across the street on the other side of Barnes and Noble...you guys they have a PHOTO BOOTH for you and your pet 🥹 I'm definitely going to get a photostrip of me and my rabbit soon! Same great prices but I'm telling you- you need to visit this location even the fish looked happy! 10/10 best pet store location in NYC

Very cool decorated store. Super friendly and professional staff. She gave us detailed information about the treats they carry and answered all questions we had. She also let my dog try their samples. My dog loved her so much and didn't want to leave the store.

What a beautiful store! This is not your average Petco. And they have lovely animals up for adoption. Kitties from a neighborhood shelter in-house and pups on wknds via a adopting van. Friendly, helpful staff too! An elevated pet supply experience.

Wow, what a huge and lovely Petco. I could spend so much time here exploring, and love the first floor with all the stylish pet apparel! I can't wait to come back here with my puppy and explore. Order online and pickup was fast fulfillment time and so easy and quick in-store. Highly recommend!

I actually like this store. The employees are so helpful and friendly. Never shopped here and felt unwelcomed. I brought this dog sweater for my pup. So cute will continue to come back to this location.

I popped in mid afternoon on a Sunday. As I’d decided I’d like another moss ring for Atticus my Betta fish. I had the pleasure of speaking to a knowledge fish expert called ELIJAH. He had an elbow sling on but this did not hinder him in anyway; and got me the Cory Fish he advised could go well with my temperamental aquatic child! He was helping two other people and told me he’d be with me (to pay) after his colleagues bagged up my new catfish. He also relieved another member of staff and still managed to hold the fort in an organized and professional manner.

It’s a beautiful store with high ceilings and a second floor. But it gives me anxiety when busy. I prefer this store for the variety and I always check the Betta fish as they’re re stocked regularly. 2 elevators. You can see dogs being groomed which is another bonus as I’m a dog lover. There’s also a dog cafe/ bar for healthier food.

Clearly priced labels. Worth a pop on but be prepared to leave with something! I almost bought a cuddly toy - for myself!

I found what I came for, plus a couple of other things for my two dogs. I was really impressed by the new location. I used to go to the previous location down the block. It was okay, but nothing special. This new store is amazing; clean, excellent lighting, good layout, great selection of items. It's actually beautiful.
