This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with as an adjuster and as an attorney in 34 years in the casualty claims business. I sustained damage to my condo unit, and spoke to the adjuster, Lorrie Croston three weeks ago, and have not heard a thing since. Even though, two adjusters inspected my unit on September 20, 2024. I will be filing a Civil Remedy Notice of Insurer Violation for bad faith claims handling today. Moreover, you can't even speak to management, instead calls are being forwarded to Custard Insurance Adjusters, an independent adjusting company. This company is a complete joke.

I cannot possibly say enough negative things about this company. What an absolutely horrific experience. They auto drafted my account for over $9100 dollars and were going to draft another $8000 plus the following month. Stay as far away from them as possible ?

after my first claim I have filled after many years of being an customer, for natural cause damage to my roof at my shop. 3+ months into this with no calls or email from them ( Bryant Wilcox) .After calling him multiple times and leaving a voice messages to call me back finally I was abele to tall to him. with out any apology or explanation for not reaching out to me , cold blooded and very unprofessionally way oh yeah is not covered. people be very careful who you pick as insurance company. I would never recommend and will spread my experience and opinion on all media platforms about this company

So far this company has been very unprofessional and is in violation of consumer protection laws. At this time I would warn you to not do any type of business with this company. I am still trying to resolve the problem and if someone there does decide to step up and do what's right then I will definitely update this review.
