Downtown market on Saturdays is quaint and relaxing with a variety of goods and products. We stopped here while on a road trip to Connecticut and enjoyed the ambience and the people.

Love this little market! Everyone is so nice and the food is so good!
Update: STILL love this market. If you liked the lemon poppy seed bread from Danbury Depot, you can get it here! So many yummy things.

Come shop here! (And the Ann St market too.) The difference between local goods, freshly made or harvested traveling 10s not 100s or 1000s of miles to you can't be over stated. And the care involved in producing the products is really clear. Wanna know what chicken or pork or lamb should taste like? This is a great place to find out.

I've been going to the farmes Market for several years now. Some prices are a bit high. But it's understandable as the products are from there farms. So I don't mind paying a bit more for local goods. I highly reccpmend coming & making it a day out. But get there befor 12 noon.
