Update: The owner did call me and offer to make it right by sending a second bouquet. This gesture was very much appreciated.
Ordered a $125 flower bouquet ($150 with tax + delivery fees) and it was the size/arrangement that I would expect for $50. Absolutely disappointing. Ordered from the prior owners for 20+ years. Will never order from them again now.
