I have purchased the white spelt flour several times know in the 25 and 50 pound bags. I have been baking for over 30 years, this is the finest quality flour I have ever used. They have a customer for life in me now. They really packaged the shipment super well and I am ordering from California. Buy with complete confidence, you are missing out if you don't give them a try.

They have absolutely great products, especially the spelt flour. However, their customer service and the way they do business is terrible! The lady owner is so rude on the phone, even racist in my case. She got mad at me because I was unable to pick up the flour the day I said I was going to and was reluctant to process a refund. I love their product but I’m afraid of talking to the lady! What can you expect from a company where the owners are nasty to the customer?
