Called and was told FCFS 24/7. Called when 20 mins out and was told there was only a truck or 2 there, to come on in and it shouldn’t take long. Got there at 12:30 pm on Saturday. Put in staging, after 2.5 hours, went and asked because I could have parked at truck stop and come at 2 in the morning, and all they would say was “it’s going to be a while” and “they only unload as they need what’s on your truck or as they make room for it at their convenience”. waited because if I left and come back in the morning and they held me up then, I could miss my next pickup. Didn’t get unloaded until about 21:30. By the way, when I showed up, only one other truck there waiting, so 2nd in line the whole time

Living or working near the Nestlé Purina factory is like voluntarily sticking your head into a freshly opened bag of dog food—except you can’t pull your head back out.

The air often reeks of that meaty, musky scent that’s fine in a dog bowl, but absolutely disgusting when it’s coating an entire town. And just when you think you’ve gotten used to it, Seafood Day hits. Imagine sea-flavored dog chow fumes creeping into your house, your clothes, your lungs. It’s nauseating.

Why is this acceptable? Why does a massive company like Nestlé think it’s fine to make an entire community breathe this in? It sucks. They suck. Fix it or fish-flavored foghorn shame on you.

Checked in to unload 0930 on Friday, December 15, 2023. it's now 0824 Saturday, December 16, 2023 I'm still here waiting to be unloaded. I have chicken meal, which they say they aren't ready for... my question is, if you're not ready for it, why order it, and put the driver in a position to lose money? This is ridiculous.

Before i got here i red a lot of bad reviews and got kinda mad thinking of my wasting time when i get there. My appointment was next day from 06.00 to 22.00 but i got here 11 o clock the same day and guess what the guy by name Mike got me unloaded in 15 minutes and leted me go. Thanks for great service. Very good experience.

Had a 20:00 appointment to unload. Been here since 16:45 on 02/18/24, as of 21:30 still have not been assigned a door for unloading.
Update on 02/18/24 23:51 hours, still waiting on a door assignment. Was supposed to unload at 20:00 hours. I'm supposed to be 75 miles away for my next load at midnight. Currently, no ETA for a dock.

This is my 2nd time coming here and once again they put the trailers too close to each other to raise the landing gear. The yard drivers and rude and don’t want to help fix a problem they caused. Last time I spent 40 minutes waiting for a yard driver to come pull my trailer out and he still gave me an attitude about it.

I usually don’t agree with reviews because most people write reviews when they only get mistreated. But here, all reviews are happening on me now. DON’T YOU EVER COME HERE.
My appointment is on 03/04 at 23:45, And I checked 2 hours earlier and was told to park and wait a phone call. I was waiting all night and day. They gave me a dock on 03/05 around 16:00. I am forced to cancel today’s load, and I don’t know my schedule until. Don’t come here unless you want to do the 34-hour reset!!!

Came in with a reefer load for midnight appt; arrived about 11ish pm was gone by about 1230am very impressed and workers where very nice and communicated well. Good job. U will most likely need a good washout after coming here, have some coffee beans or good soap to kill smell if u have chicken fish products. washed at the beacon, left sitting overnight and my wagon is ready to go.
