I visited their store today and bought several pounds of ground beef and a few different varieties of their meat snacks. Haven’t tried the ground beef yet, but the meat snacks were amazing! The customer service was fantastic! Shout out to Valerie? She allowed us in and gave us a run down of the company. I’m always looking to find good local companies to support. This one fits the bill. I stopped in today for a steak to put on the grill this evening. The folks there are always friendly and the Ribeye the Mrs and I split tonight was what a steak is supposed to taste like. Tender beefy grassy yummy goodness. I do not regret the beautiful drive over from Sierra Vista for this quality of meat one bit. If you want high quality meat you won't go wrong buying here.

You must get some of this phenomenal beef! I had the privilege of living in Uruguay for four years eating their excellent grass fed beef at least five times a week. I also travelled to Argentina right across the river and experienced their tasty beef. With that said i can attest to fact that Vera Earl’s beef is the closest tasting beef I have been able to find in the U.S. I recently purchased their Argentine style (asado, or flanken cut) short ribs and they did not disappoint! I like traditional so I salted then frozen (since they come frozen, you can also defrost them first) while I started the grill. When the my wood is ready I throw them on first and after a good sear I set to a cooler part of the grill while I put more on or something else. After they are medium rare I pulled them off the grill, put a little black pepper on them, and after a minute or two I cut them into convenient size pieces using the bones at guides. We use the bone as little handles and enjoy! If they have too much meat then cut the excess off and enjoy i bit size pieces. I posted a picture.
Unseasoned meat tenderizer is optional at the same time you salt them.
Another great option is Dales Original Steak Seasoning (a little goes a long way, just ‘paint it on’)with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Salt to taste after cooking because the Dale’s adds a lot of salt.
