Entrance is from first gate on your right.It seems like a car entrance but its truck entrance too.do not go for second gate before the railway track.its closed always.The lady at gaurd shack is too nice.unloading is in quick way.NICE PEOPLE HERE.Clean RESTROOM in the checking office.

This is to answer Eugenio Rosario comment, first Eugenio Ramos don't respect his co workers always be late to work he not clock in to avoid the point system , then he seat in the brake room for 20 minutes to takes his lunch and the came to the floor to work . then he spend all shift in his cell phone at the time he drive the forklift that not safety .the company system register all the movement from the production area to warehouse and company sow how he loss the time . Is not the 10 year he work for the company is because he never be professional and respectful with the coworker in the company, and about the management of the company the best ever the professional team looking forward for the future of the company...I recommended the Warrell corp And Steve Emanuel is the man

Work for 10 plus year , as right now the staff like Steven Manuel (manager) un professional, unsensitive lack off emphaty , Don't know why the company keep people like him I don't recommend if Steve Manuel still in there .

If you are picking up a load from here, I suggest you come at the appointment time, especially if the load is going to Romeoville, IL. That load out of dock 16 that’s at the exit point and only one truck loads there at a time and they take you based off appt not who arrived first so if you don’t have to start your clock, don’t come more than 15 min before your appt because you will have to wait for any drivers before you to be loaded first. This is NOT A FCFS facility.

My broker told me , I had a Delivery appointment but when I showed up they said I didn’t have any appointment I checked in around 7:30 AM got out before 9:00 Am , Terry is a Rockstar at receiving office he helped me out , also nice & clean Restrooms for drivers.Thanks Terry

Dock 16 is a bear! Have them open the gate so you can get lined up. And then you have to spin the trailer! You will also need a spotter if there's another trailer in the other dock. I won't be back! The guys understood and we're very nice. But the back!

Very fast unloading. I had 9am appointment and I got checked in at 8:20am and I got an empty by 9am. They do have the restroom for the drivers but no overnight parking.

Easy to find, everyone was kind, just not sure what they were thinking with dock 16.
