Had a great time at the Danville Auction this Saturday! I haven't been there in like 10 years but things haven't changed much. Lots of people, no seating area but a lot to do. Ate at the lunch area and it was pretty good! They had a camel for auction which was pretty cool to see!

Great place to go for all farming needs always good livestock to look at. They always have a great selection of birds can't wait until I have a place to raise some chickens and other birds. Also they have a great selection of eggs fresh bread 🍞 and pies. Also they have antiques planning on having a great day at the sales.

Usually come for the poultry auction but they have other livestock as well. Best to call ahead for dates and times. 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month for poultry dovew and rabbits at 12:30pm You can find goats some pigs and a few cattle on these days in the other barn. They have other various items like home and garden stuff being auctioned off. Cash payment only, there is a ATM at the gas station in town.

Took multiple animals up there and just received my check
I was TRIPLE charged commission and they now add on different fees that they don’t disclose!!!

I’ve taken animals here in the past and haven’t ever gotten charged this extra commission, for tags or a “yardage & tag” fee

NOT happy I lost out on $60 due to an undisclosed fees.

This was my first time to visit this auction house. It is run by Amish people and they are very nice. The auctioneers are excellent and very honest. I recommend going there for any type of livestock purchases. It is the best place around. You can both sell and buy there.

We go about once a month usually take pigeons, doves, and chickens sometimes goats. We really like it. We get good prices most of the time a lot of good deals on non-animal related items. For example I bought a library ladder for $20 that was on craigslist for $2700, bought a Toro snowblower for a dollar, things like that.

A good country auction. I typically come for the weekly hay sale during the fall and winter, but am often drawn by the array of other items and animals that pass through. You never k ow what you will discover here. The food stand is also particularly good and the staff are helpful.

I bought a bottle fed goat 🐐 he has been such a reward has taught me allot can't wait to buy another one I also bought some chickens this little auction is amazing
