Lets start with how easy it was to book the class on line. Then, the communication from booking to after the class was so helpful and appreciated. Olga is a breath of fresh air. She is so funny and friendly, right from the door. She is extremely knowledgeable and a perfect person to teach a cooking class. Patient yet firm, she taught 12 people how to cook a meal and made it so much fun yet educational. Olga only uses the freshest, healthiest ingredients which makes the food taste that much better. The shop is absolutely beautiful, so fancy. Each person had their own cooking space and tools but everyone shared, helped, and worked together to create a phenomenal meal. A table was set so elegant and we all enjoyed our meal together making new friends, taking photos and even shared a toast. The kombucha flowed freely and was delicious. Several flavors on tap so you can try them all. Ive done many workshops over the years, glass, flowers, cooking, baking, and this was by far the best Ive attended. Book a class, you won't regret it.

So incredibly fun. Olga walked us through how to cook multiple dishes then we shared the meal altogether. It felt like a warm meal at home with delicious kombucha!

So far, I have taken two cooking classes with Olga: pasta and fish. They were both so awesome. I left both classes confident that I could pull off the skills learned on my own--and I did! I brought my husband to the fish class (if he's going to retire first, it's time to learn to cook!), and he also loved it, even though he has little cooking experience.

PLUS, at the end of the class you get an amazing dinner of all the things you cooked (plus Olga will show you how to throw together sides quickly and deliciously). That makes the class a bargain.

Olga is a force of nature in the best possible way and being present while she's teaching something she's passionate about is inspiring. Not only does she teach you what was advertised, but so much more.

My friends and I signed up for kombucha making class. While we did not know what to expect, we gained SO much knowledge about the history, process and just easy it can be to be a successful kombucha maker! Olga has an amazing amount of knowledge related to food, health and the importance of taking care of your body with the things you put into it.
I look forward to taking another class as there are really so many to choose from!
