We are super pleased with Fallon Livestock Processing! We purchased a quarter of a beef and it was processed by FLP. It was fast, nicely packaged and the cuts are great. We will definitely be using them again.
My only suggestion is I would like my ground beef packed in a flat pack, rather than in the round bags, it makes it easier to store and thaw out.

Found this place from eating breakfast at the Fallon Livestock cafe, inquired about the quality of hamburger and where it came from. We decided to get a half steer and a big enough freezer to hold it all. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the packaging is excellent and clearly labeled. The meat is delicious, learning the cuts and the best way to prepare them has been fun & tasty and best of all is our purchase is local.

This was my first time buying a half a cow and having it processed and all that. Crystal was super helpful and great to work with. She let me know that despite Google map problems, the address is on Allen Rd and NOT South Allen Rd. Important because you’ll end up at someone’s house instead of this business.
The packaging of everything is high quality and the labels are clear. The cuts look great and everything is just as we discussed. So far I’ve done T-bone steaks and a beef stew and they were fantastic! I’m really happy with the prices, the cuts, the quality, and the service! I will definitely work with FLP again.

We took 5 hogs for processing. I would not recommend this processor. The sausage was so hot and spicy it was not edible. We asked for mild. The hams and bacon were very salty and have to be soaked for days to remove brine. The wrap was beautifully done. But the processing is bad! Ruined our meat. I called several times to discuss this with them. They would not return my call.
