These people are extremely rude and I don't know how they have so many positive reviews. I just watched a lady driving a small white suv almost run over a parking lot attendant and just kept driving at the Abilities Expo I attended. I asked the parking lot lady if she was okay and she smiled and shrugged it off. I asked other people working on the premise if they experienced similar treatment and everyone said the same thing, They treat people they believe are below them like trash. If you are thinking about hiring them, please don't and read the reviews, even their own employees say these people are horrendous to work for. TREAT WORKING CLASS PEOPLE LIKE HUMANS AND STOP WITH YOUR ENTITLEMENT. Did I mention this happened at an abilities expo AKA a handicapped event!!!!!

This culinary team is amazing! From our first inquiry call to our wedding day they were so responsive and communicative. The food was amazing, our guests are still talking about it and one comment that is often made is that it was the best food they've ever had. We really enjoyed them being a part of our special day!

They catered our holiday event this last Friday and everyone LOVED, LOVED the food at the party! Their on-site staff Jordan and Vince were totally awesome! You can tell when you talk to someone how much they love their job and they LOVE THEIR JOB! PLUS do an excellent job! Deirdre was the event coordinator and orchestrated everything with perfection! We have used them for past events and will continue to use M Culinary Concepts in the future! Keep up the good work!

M Culinary was there from the very start of our original 120 person wedding plans to the end at our 12 person wedding day. We worked mostly with Deidre Furlow, and had the absolute best experience with her from beginning to end. She stuck with us through so many changes (the menu, the guest count, the serving style, the venue, the time, etc.) and not once did she waiver in her ability to deliver. Chatting with Deidre honestly just felt like chatting with a friend, she was such a delight to work with!

The food was absolutely incredible. Everyone loved it and everything came exactly as we asked. The staff we had on our wedding day was an absolute DREAM TEAM. Our captain that day, Pat, was so organized, friendly and prompt that everything went off without a hitch. They moved so stealthily, that even in a room of just 14 people we didn’t even notice them constantly changing the courses on the tables. They even helped set up some extra tables in the space we hadn’t even though of, and handled all of the rental dinnerware we had from another company.

I could not recommend a catering company enough. Our wedding day would not have been so perfect without them.

Many reports of this company paying bartender/ waitstaff wages. And not paying staff any gratuity or allowing them to have tip jars out at these expensive large events. So who is paying taxes on this money?
