Checked in day of my appointment a little early and they put us on dock 6. Loaded in about an hour. Laid back environment in the office for sure. They have a fancy process for signing and printing the Bol’s through an Ipad. Laid back people for sure. Would enjoy coming back.

Load containers out of here on a regular basis. Friendly staff, quick to get you loaded and on the road. Even showing up early they get me right in a door.

Drop and hook .. Drop paperwork with yard jockey or place in white shield for tankers. The tanker lot is across the street from main building. There is a scale in front of building.

Slow loading. Came at appointment time its been 3 hrs still not loaded. Seems like they prioritize dropped trailers. Do better

Slow to load or unload. Miss all Apts by a minimum of 2hrs, some as many as 5. No Bathroom access...they have you walk up the street to someone's business and use theirs. Truckers are not second class citizens. This must Change or it will be changed for you.
