I was just at this stores and I was distracted with my toddler when collecting my purchases And ended up forgetting an item When I realized that.. I went back and looked for my item and it was no longer there I requested to speak to the store manager and he literally said he was not responsible For forgotten items in his store I had the receipt in hand and asked him to check cameras but he said the room was closed and I was out of luck..he left me standing with no refund and no item..his name is Alberto Villalpa.
Shame on him and his poor Customer service I will definitely call corporate office to resolve this.

We ordered 3 elotes at $5 each and they were not edible. The elotes were like soup with mostly water. They had corn soup with cheese and spices…who puts that much water in an elote Gross! Waste of money and took 25 minutes to get 3 made.
