Good experience only issue i have is the wow factor when I buy a new car it looks amazing and perfect but on my new motorcycle really no wow factor and they need to do a better job making sure the bikes a perfect when they leave the dealership and plus I found a huge imperfection on the gas tank that was also missed by the dealership and I probably would have passed on this bike for a different one and I'm not a fan of tearing a new bike apart because of poor manufacturing ,thanks Suzuki. Robert was a extremely good salesman and would recommend him to everyone

Really disappointed but not that suprised. I purchased a used 2019 sea doo fish pro with 67 hours on the machine last Thursday, my first time buying any type of jetski. Nick the salesmen assured me everything was in top condition and it ran perfectly. The jetski overall is very clean and nice looking. I was offered a warranty which i did purchase because it is a used machine and i wanted some peace of mind. I was told by Patrick that i would need to wait for the title to come in the mail as the jetski is not registered, he assured me it would be sent out the following day Friday. Cut to Wednesday afternoon this week when i call in and ask when the title was mailed out, i spoke to Nick and he said he would look into it and get back to me, he texted me a couple hours later and said i should get it very soon it was sent out on Monday (see screenshot of text message). This was a lie as i got a UPS notification 4 hours later that day that says the label was just created (see photograph of ups label below with date and time). So it has been over a week and i still have not been able to even test this thing out the title isnt going to get here until next week. To top it off my brother in law stopped by my place yesterday and told me that the intake grate is sheared off and the wear ring and impeller look in pretty bad shape ( see photos attached). Again being my first jetski purchase i didnt look underneath the hull (this is my fault for not being more thorough) i should have known better than to trust any of these people.

I'm gonna tell a small story to start.

We live in Dubois. There's not really any power sports dealership out here, so we have to travel. ORE is in Erie, around 2 hours away. My fiance was looking to buy a jet ski. He was initially set on a SeaDoo, and was dealing with Nick, a salesman at ORE. It was a great experience, but unfortunately due to my fiance's impatience and a recall on the ski, my fiance went to another power sports dealership, this one in Pittsburgh. The experience there was... Meh.

I ended up getting in the market for a jet ski shortly after, and it just so happened that ORE had a ski that I liked and was in my price range. I also got Nick. I reached out via text, and Nick quickly replied to me and let me know it was available. We never even spoke on the phone until my financing went through, and it was a quick call to let me know my rate and payment, etc. That's exactly how I want it to be. I was able to do all of this while working. He was able to work up a deal very quickly, and while I was considering the offer, we chit-chatted about various things. There was absolutely zero pressure involved, it was almost like catching up with an old friend while waiting in line at a grocery store.

He sent me photos of the machine, got it serviced and cleaned up, and sent a walk around video showing off the slight imperfections (it's 10 years old, to be expected.)

I reached out to the fiance person, Chris, to get loan information for my insurance, and the day before we left, I sent them the documents they needed to get me ready to go, and we made the appointment for 9AM when they open. We showed up right on time, Nick was waiting for us, introduced himself and showed us the machine and gave a quick tour of it. It's an old jet ski, so not much to really talk about, and he went and let finance know we were here. He came back and we walked around their store, which if you're a gear head, is FREAKING AWESOME. It's large and open and they have something for everyone. We chatted for about 5 or 10 minutes, then he introduced me to Chris in finance.

Chris was very friendly and efficient, took the time to go over everything, made sure I didn't have any questions, and true to his word had everything as setup as possible. I was in that room for maybe 10 minutes total. And yes, the information in the office matched the information I was told originally.

By the time we were done in finance, the ski was sitting outside ready to load up. Our old trailer had some issues when we went to load, and Nick even stayed to help us get it fixed.

As a fun anecdote, their parts manager has the same exact motorcycle as me with the exhaust that I'm waiting to get delivered already on it. Nick was nice enough to record a video of the exhaust for me after I left so I could hear it.

TL;DR: This dealership is awesome. The employees are super nice, there's absolutely no pressure. It's like hanging out with a group of gear heads. The building is cool as Hell, their prices are reasonable, and I cannot recommend them enough.

100% 10/10 A+ team.

I have been looking for a dirt bike for my son for a few months. Not knowing anything about bikes, I was calling around looking for info and prices. I stumbled on Off Road Express in Erie Pa and gave them a call. I was transferred to Nick a salesperson. I had so many questions and Nick was amazing. His knowledge and the ability to make me feel comfortable was awesome. I have never made a purchase over the phone, especially for a brand new dirt bike, but I did. Nick made my buying experience easy and his professional, kind attitude made me want to write a review, which quite frankly I hate doing. Nick, you earned a customer for life. I appreciate your business.

This could have been a really bad review, but it's not. I called and ordered a radiator for my KYMCO mxu 450 ATV. Upon receiving the part a few days later than expected. The one that came in was for the kymco side by side and was way different.

The short of it is, they went above and beyond making it right as fast as possible. Hassle free exchange, got the right part in really fast and really took care of me. I understand we're all human and people make mistakes. The prompt correction and owning their mistake goes a long way.

Thank you guys for all the great customer service and renewing my faith in decent business practices where you take care of your customers.
