Wow! Husband and I showed up at 420pm to look for some evergreen shrubs for our garden and were immediately met with two employees who said "we can answer questions but we're getting ready to close" I said we checked your hours and you're open til 5pm. They said no we have a delivery. So we were turned away. Unbelievable. Deliveries happen after hours, and this is a terrible way to run a business. Pretty sure the owner wouldn't approve of losing a $200 sale!

The older lady behind the counter was very rude and made extremely uncomfortable. I had questions about the sale items, and what products to use for certain plants. She seemed like i was bothering her. She acted like my well behaved kid being there was a huge inconvenience some how. She glared at me and my family as we shopped. I wont be back.

We were working with an employee for about 20 minutes...we have front and back yards that need landscaping. I have issues... Another woman came up to the employee helping us, and said SHE needed help and off went our employee with the other lady. We were prepared to spend a lot of money today, but we are spending our money somewhere else!! Also, one employee says "this tree loves full sun all day." but another employee says "this tree likes afternoon shade
"---very confusing!!!"Too bad---so sad!!!

I am so impressed with Prescott Valley Nursery! If you have a chance of working with Wes, you are lucky! I am moving to PV and wanted to learn about some landscaping. I gave them a call and Wes literally stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes answering all the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations! I would absolutely recommend PV Nursery for all of your plant needs!

I went in to the nursery looking for pine suggestions with roots that grow downward due to the proximity of retention walls. Paul immediately made his recommendations based on my requirements. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. After looking at the options, I opted for three Blue Arrow Junipers and hand picked the ones I liked. Paul set me up with an appointment for delivery and planting. That day, his crew arrived and did a great job of planting my pines where I instructed them to, even though it was extremely challenging due to steepnesses and rock/cement pieces mixed with The compacted soil.
The next day while watering my pines, I noticed discrepancies with my pines and went to speak to Paul. I explained my concerns and he immediately made the decision to right a wrong. I picked out three other pines and he had them delivered and replanted in place of the old ones within days. The job was performed superbly by Cade. He was respectful and very apologetic for the mistakes made.
I can’t stress how impressed I was with Paul, his planting team, and Cade. Their excellent service, unhesitant conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction have earned them my continuous business. Thank you.
