It really needs some updating. Also, We were looking to find fresh pasta instead of box pasta. They don't carry it so we had to go to a store .

I was in the other day and the cashier was an older lady who didn’t value customer satisfaction. She wouldn’t give me a sticker because I was 21 cents short of $10.00. I was so angry at her pettiness and lack of customer service.
Today I went in and Virginia more than made up for it. She was friendly, kind and helpful. I appreciate that she made my experience good.

Absolutely love Sauble's! I have officially started doing all my shopping here, they have a great selection and all basic needs so i can one stop shop with my 3 boys and the employees are always so kind and helpful and always make the boys feel special by talking to them and asking how theyre doing etc. ( my boys are 7, 3, and 1) and i love all the local items they have because im big in supporting local businesses. And they have the cutest bathroom set up, my 7 yr old always has to go so its very convenient. Again absolutely love this place and the people here and highly suggest trying it out!

I love going to this place family and friendly and market their prices are awesome mean bakery is always fresh and you never really have to wait in line

Saw a commercial about lump crab meat on sale…I’m from the DMV…and I love crab cakes… So I decided to give Saubel’s a try… Wasn’t impressed with the prices…for non sale items..The crab meat had a very weird taste and texture…I will be returning it immediately…Also, most of the store made items had sell be dates for 3/14-3/16 (expired) today is 3/18. Got some store made potatoe salad, and it also had a sour taste… When asking the staff about items, customer reviews which a lot of larger market staff could normally recommend “ Do you sell a lot of these, items” Have any customers, rated this/that…With this being a smaller market you’d think people would be more personable… Every question, response was “I don’t know”!! I was not impressed with the quality of food, or the prices, or services … Won’t be returning, after my returns..Only positive .. the store was clean

There are a lot of great things to say.

1. They have actual cashiers.I like having human interaction when I am checking out.
2. The cashiers are friendly, as are all the staff. People make a business great and they have great people.
3. The store is clean, tidy, and well organized.
4. They have a great deli and bakery department.
5. Their pies are great, the crust is really sweet and buttery.

I would definitely recommend doing their grocery shopping there.
