The salesman Chris was very patient. I start inquiring about a tractor in September and didn’t decide until January to purchase a TYM tractor. Chris would check in with me every three weeks or so to update me on offers and offer new information. I didn’t feel pressured or turned off at any time . Bob the delivery driver was helpful in going over the tractor as well. I would recommend Prower Pro. I live an hour away from the York store. If a location ever opens closer to me I would make more purchases with them.

Bob who delivered my nee mower was so friendly ,he even brought our trash can back for my otherhalf . We need more people like him he's a great worker. The mower is awesome and it cut my whole yard in 30 mins i would definitely recommend buying a mower from them.

As a single woman I was very nervous about a huge purchase like this. The team at PowerPro answered my many questions patiently but also with respect. I did not feel talked down to. They made asked questions about my yard and gave me multiple options so that I could get the best machine but not more than I needed. They also explained and provided multiple payment options.
