Great Meat!! BBQ their porterhouse tonight best steak I have ever had in Arizona and that goes a long way!! Owners onsight at Prescott Farmers market Extremely knowledgeable about their cattle but also the whole industry. Small operation, raising their own bred cattle on 4000 acres!! A Must Get Steak. Check their website loaded with Details! YES there are small Super High Quality ranches still in Arizona. Try their steaks, I know you will become a devoted customer!
