I recently got a box of Whales, my favorite, from my local Dollar General. My expected them to have the delightful, cheesy, soft crunch per usual. Boy was I wrong. They are extremely crunchy and almost taste burnt. They have a much darker look to them as well. Very disappointed.

I have bought n eaten Stauffers Ginger Snaps for over 50 yrs. I just opened a new bag and was so disappointed…cookies were only half the thickness they have always been. Not going to buy more… will start baking my own!

Just recently bought american made frosted animal cookies. Very disappointed about the whole frosting thing. Some cookies were ok but most had no trace of frosting. Pink frosted weren’t badly frosted but the white frosted ones, really bad. Quality control person needs training. Some times it’s just not about the money guys, it’s about the quality that gets to the customer. Actually you should be ashamed of yourselves. The bag I bought at shop rite should of been sold in the stouffers outlet store.
