Awesome selection, Ugly steak $15.99 / LB, Pheasant sausages $15.99 / 4, Rabbit sausages in white wine $16.99 / 4, El Diablo 40 LB charcoal bag, $26. You pay the price for what you get! Everything is high quality and an amazing selection. I would recommend going to the other location as they have a bigger selection. They butcher game in house there and have way more. Ugly steak is very good. I usually buy one for myself @ 8 oz for ~$8.

The ugly steak is by far one of the best steaks I've ever had. It turned almost every non steak enjoyer into an ugly steak lover!

This is a great butcher shop. Place is clean and priced very reasonable. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out. Great selection stop by and check it out.

Just wanted to do an update June 4, 2024 just went in and got a sandwich and a few other items my wife and I everything as always was delicious .

Ugly steaks are great. Never a bad experience until today. To the man child who said "put something there (in the empty spot for ugly steaks) so people feel stupid for asking if we have any, clearly referring to us, after we asked if they had any left. THEN goes on a tangent complaining about customers and having to cut 1,000s of steak every weekend. This was at the Oracle location at noon. And there were many customers in there. We've been coming here for at least 20 years, now definitely will find another place to spend my money. The sad part is, he's probably the manager or the owner's son to be able to get away with acting like that. The guy that helped us was very nice and we felt so bad for the staff, you could tell they were so embarrassed. Listen, you're mad about something, go cool off, don't insult customers and then belittle staff in front of the entire store. Even when speaking with a staff member, they said that his outbursts were common, frequent and he was a, you guys can fill in the blank. UPDATE: Yep, he is the manager, so maybe some management or even anger management courses might do him some good.

Be careful doing business with Dickman's Meat and Deli! (This is not the first negative experience we’ve had BUT this one definitely tops them all!)

Location: The Oracle location
When: September 22, 2024 around 2:15-2:30pm

To start, my husband was standing and waiting about 10 min. This business was NOT busy.

My husband went to get some meat and there was 3 other customers waiting to be helped. There was 4 people working literally just standing and talking to each other not helping ANYONE.

First older gentlemen that was first in line in front of my husband spoke up and said very loud and clear “hello, I need to be helped.” The 4 workers turned around and looked at him and everyone waiting and then turned back around and kept talking amongst themselves. My husband spoke up right after that and said loud and clear “this gentlemen in front of me needs to be helped!” All 4 workers turn around and rudely said “we’ll be with you in a moment!” And turned back around and kept talking again ? Older gentlemen again spoke up loud and clear and said “you guys are standing around not doing anything and yoh have a line of people waiting.” 1 worker turned around and said “what do you need?”

Older gentlemen and my husband both looked at each other and said “I will not be coming back here again!”

Needless to say they all had major attitudes and standing around with thumbs up their a$$.

Great butcher shop and deli. Reasonable prices, fresh, delicious sandwiches! Staff is very helpful and friendly! Lots of exotic meat and fish available, and cheese. A must visit for fresh meat!

If you’re looking for that special cut of meat or just an amazing steak, this is your place. This is my go to place for prime rib roasts. They have a huge selection of all sorts of meats. The staff is really helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly.

First time visit, and let me tell you, the meat selection is out of this world. They have any meat you need, camel, alligator, kangaroo, traditional burgers and gourmet brats. Deli makes any sandwich you want. And they will tell you the best way to cook what ever meat you are looking for. I will definitely be coming here for all my BBQ food, this place beats your local supermarket!

They seem to have a good variety of meats.
I wouldn't recommend eating here though since they're not competent enough to even make a sandwich. Ordered a black forest ham, with lettuce and onion, hot, no spreads or sauces.
When i sat down to eat the sandwich it was smothered in mustard, no onions, and it was cold. How hard is it to make a sandwich? Ordered chili as well and it was extremely greasy and wasnt even lukewarm. Tasted like it was made days ago and just sat in a pot on the counter. Most disappointing 30 dollars wasted ever. I wouldn't trust buying from these people and if you do double check if your purchase is correct before you leave.

Forgot to mention the disgusting look on the employees face too as i mentioned its my first time in store, she seemed genuinely annoyed at me for not knowing the entire menu. Cant wait until i read about these people getting caught up in a lawsuit by someone else in the same situation for serving food i explicitly told them "no i can't have that"
