Checked in pm b4 a 5am delivery, parked in last spot next door at Rutters, had left ph number so they caller me at 3a to get into a door. Was great until stupid yard dog honked at me while I was backing in after opening my doors. Like that was going to make me move faster. Lost 2 stars because of that moron.

If you come for a delivery or a pick up, you will be waiting over 4+ hours. The staff here picks and chooses who gets loaded fastest, and they don’t follow appointment times I’ve been here for 5hrs now in a door waiting. I would give -5 stars if I could.

I had 1pm appointment for pick-up. Checked in at 12:15 and I was out before 1pm with 56 skids load. The docks are very easy to back into because it's very spacious.

Things to know: Go slow once you get close do to Company having a small S/R location sign out front of Facility. Have DL, P/U, destination and Trl# before going to check in, You must sanitize your hands as you enter the facility. Fri

My Experience: Absolutely Excellent!!! Friendly Staff!! In at 11am. Done and rolling by 1145am!!! This is the model for all companies.

Been here for my 1630 appt time to get loaded for a couple skids. It's now 1830 and still not backed into a door. Government needs to start dealing with shippers and receivers!!!!

Easy to get to. Easy to hit the dock. Loading is hit or miss though sometimes your in and out quick and on a few occasions i have been there for hours.
