They lost one of my shirts 2 months ago. The driver brought a scan report saying my missing shirt was never sent back to them 2 1/2 years ago. I think it’s ironic that they make it seem like it is my fault the same day they dropped off some one else’s pants from a different company along with our stuff.
If I could give them a lower rating I would.

Was never sized properly for the opening of the account. Had wrong sizes. Asked for items to try so we can be sized correctly. Was charged for them to be sized. Won’t refund. Ordered items. Were all wrong. They then lost our sizes that were provided from being charged to size. Items still wrong. Was charged for emblems and prepping for all the incorrect items. I will get a refund for this I’m sure but if this is happening at my level this company is ripping off larger companies for sure that this will slip through the cracks. I have been trying to get the proper items for two and a half months and have to call each week for invoice errors. This branch doesn’t care and only act like they care with careful choice of words. Can’t wait till our contract is up.

The Hershey Company deals with this company and at the H.B. Reese plant, we're I am employed, they hardly ever replace my shirts when they get torn and I often run out of shirts, especially when I work 7 days a week because UniFirst doesn't replace my shirts when they need repairs. I hand torn shirts to the person that shows up at the plant on Tuesday or Friday and he always says that we will take care of the issue but they rarely do. Now today I received 2 new shirts in my name but they got the size wrong and the the plant wrong as well. I am XL and work at the H.B Reese plant but I just got 2 large shirts instead of XL shirts plus these 2 large shirts had Y&S Candies on the shirt? They had my name on the tags but got the shirt size wrong and the wrong plant of the Hershey Company as well.

We have been using UniFirst for several years now, and have had quite a few different drivers. Kyle, our current driver, is AWESOME!!!! He shows up every week with everything. When he's off, inevitably something is always missing - usually rugs. I had a problem with paper towels, several weeks in a row, finally Kyle fixed the issue. Kyle is friendly and personable and easy to work with. Thank you, Kyle, for everything you do!

Mike D is such an amazing guy !! Whenever he comes to our establishment he always has such a great attitude! Always speaks , and asks if we need anything . One day he even helped me when I locked my keys in my car!! Overall he is a great person! This man needs a raise if possible !!

Excellent Service. We are a food facility that needs special care taken with protective garments. Unifirst has provided us with exactly what we needed for our operation and serviced us for over three years. The staff is very supportive if any changes are needed or if there are any minor issues that need corrected. Our driver is fabulous, always takes the time to speak with us related to service and chit chat about life and work every now and again. Great work!

Our driver, Mike D. went above and beyond to help one of our broken down vehicles about a block from our office during his regular visit. He helped push our vehicle to safety when none of our staff was available to help. That was top notch customer service, that doesn't really exist anymore!! Nice work Mike D. and Unifirst!!!
