Don’t arrive to early. Maybe an hour or two before your appointment time. The streets are tight but maneuverable. Just take your time when docking. Friendly staff. Easy check in and quick loading once you’re actually docked.

Got Loaded quickly. For a rookie driver might be a little tough backing in door 4 if all docks are have trucks backed in. Watch out for electric post.

Arrived at 1hr before appt waited 2.5 hours and was informed there was not enough product to fill order, delayed till the next day. now I have to armwrestle brokers for layover and detention. I will keep load until I am compensated.

There is not a ton of room to maneuver. You should be making a right onto Brookwood Street. Also make sure your trailer is clean. I have no clue if they enforce this charge, but don't put yourself in that situation. Staff was awesome. Loading took alittle while, but they didn't take forever.

Got in a bit early for an 1100 appointment, which my carrier confirmed. Shipper then told me it was at 1400. Has me park beside docks. Then the shipper claims that the product won't be ready until 1500 the next day. As a result, I lost out on a 1000-plus mile run.

Update: if you're set to haul their most common product (as I did on 24 January), you should be in luck. Got loaded within 40 minutes. They do it CA-style weight-wise. And this explains the improvement to 3 stars.

I'm not sure what all the complaints are about. Yes a few turns going in are tight. No worse than any other older part of a city. It's only 3/4 a mile from I83 so not many turns anyway. The young lady at the shipping desk was pleasant , polite, efficient and respectful. I checked in at 1130 tor a noon apt. Was rolling out fully loaded at 1240. And as far as the blind side backing other drivers were whining about? Just a normal back without any real difficulty. All in all a decent place to pick up. I wont mind going back.

Shipping and Receiving department is not honest with their appointment times. Had a 1pm appointment. I arrived early and was placed in a door around noon. They didn't start loading into a quarter to three. Shipping staff took offense to loading inquiries... Another driver who also had a 1 pm appointment, had his load cancelled because they didn't have enough product for him. I'll never transport another load for them!

Got here 2 hours early for my appointment. Sat in parking lot 3 hours only to be told that product not ready so I would have to come back next day. Lost out on a really good load because of this major inconvenience. Be very careful getting in and out of that area. Very challenging. Guy in shipping office was very polite and professional.
