My father, John Long Sr., was the Assistant Head Miller, and my uncle, William Long Sr was the Head Miller for Currys Flour Mill, They worked for 20+ years and helped develop the Kit Kat Wafer flour recipe, which holds the wafers together. This is an amazing historic Mill.
