The new menu is completely different from the old menu… and in no way is that bad!! Maybe the negative comments are coming from a place of not liking change? The quality of the ingredients are BETTER.. sourced from local farms.. it’s fresher, locals supporting locals.. you get what you pay for… and local sourced ingredients unfortunately are going to cost more..
My boyfriend got a burger (we are gluten free and the bun was great in comparison to a lot of gf buns) and I got the ribs with fresh cut fries.. they literally fall off the bone completely clean.. everything was delicious, plated absolutely beautifully, and the service was wonderful.. this new menu is just simply elevated… rubber souls kitchen and chef are serving beautiful and delicious, brand new fresh flavors… love it and glad they switched it up to keep things interesting!!

A few words to describe Rubber Soul...excellent, accommodating, kind, delicious and thirst quenching.

The beer here is excellent, and the staff was awesome as well. I would have come here for just the food quality alone. That is saying something for a brewery. Each time I am in the area, I will be back!

* 1 point to note is they do not at the time of this post do flights. But there are smaller 5 oz pours which is the next best option!

There's just no real pizza in Central PA.. light cheese helped but its also very important for light cheese order that the sauce remains the same.. but no.. and well done.. Afternoon oven down seems like. I see the photos of what it should look like.. Potential.. but .. someday someone will come in here and rock decent pizza.. this is not the place. It's the Pizza Grille sauce.. It's actually the same taste almost to a T. which works for people that believe. I believe in hope for decent pizza around somewhere.

Had the cheesesteak egg rolls. This place is the place for this appetizer not over cooked and right amount of flavor. The margarita pizza was what we needed for the end of the day. Not too saucy, right amount of cheese and a crispy crust. The service was excellent. The only downside was noise carried that was loud made it hard to have a conversation with people at your table.

We stopped in on a Saturday, late afternoon in March. They don’t offer flights but you can get two 5oz pours at a time. We tried a couple beers and ate lunch. They had a good crowd but it wasn’t packed or very loud. We sat at the bar. The bartender was pleasant. The food and beer were all good. Parking was easy - small lot outside the building. Bathrooms were clean.

Nice atmosphere in the old looking building!! 12 different beers...a lot of IPA s...which I like!!Good food...one had the buritto(half taken home)...and the 3 of us shared wings, nachos and the pretzel(pretsoul)...which were all very tasty!!very busy on a Wednesday evening when we went there!! Our waitress was excellent!!! Really enjoyed our visit!!

Rubber Soul brewing was excellent! Parking was a breeze, and it had both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside was a nice and chill atmosphere. The service was great, and our food was served quickly. Our waitress was attentive. I got the beefwich, which was awesome! The beef was cooked perfectly, it had a perfect amount of gravy, and the mustard added a nice twang. I'm not sure if the onion ring really added much because it got soggy in the sauce. Their fries were superb, the perfect level of frying and salted beautifully. My mom got the southwest salad. It had a good amount of toppings, but she did say it lacked flavor. My dad got the buffalo chicken pizza with cauliflower crust. The flavor of the buffalo was unique and delicious. The cauliflower crust was thin and crispy. My only wish is that they would have some sour beer options (I only like sours!), and they'd be a solid 5/5 stars.
