I used a vending machine in Hbg PA at the dauphin county court house back in February 2024. I have been calling into Trent vending , and online filling out the contact form. It’s now sept and I have yet to receive my money back this company has not refunded me the money yet. I placed a 20$ bill got 7$ in change back and I called the same day but yet no response to when I’m getting my refund. The vending machine is horrible it is loud and takes for ever to disburse change Do Not Use their vending machines how are you a supplier of machine but don’t check up on your machines. Even the maintenance man who helped me that day says the vending machines are horrible. I will never use their vending machines again Trent vending Inc is not a stand up company they take your money and never bother to make things right there is no way I should still be waiting I have since moved to a new place and let them know new address to send out the refund but yet still no refund on the money.
