We bought several dozen trees totaling about $8,000. We had 2 left over that my wife tried to return. Chris, the owner, wouldn’t allow it. I guess they didn’t meet his standard for return, which is a-ok. My wife is a wonderful person with zero malice. Chris very rudely stated that she was taking advantage of him, that the trees looked terrible and continued on and on in a belittling and accusatory fashion then promptly turned his back and stormed off. My poor wife called me crying feeling really embarrassed and belittled. Her comment is succinct, “why could he not politely tell me I couldn’t return them, I wouldn’t have minded.” It’s tough when a dude makes your wife feel little. I wish I had taken my significant order elsewhere. For context this is the first frustrated review I’ve ever left. I’m a 5 out of 5 kind of guy.
Edit: At my request, Chris called and apologized to my wife. That was nice.

My husband and I were there for the Show Low Film Festival and stopped by for a look around. We met the resident Corgi and her family and the nursery is truly magical and beautiful. Fabulous items for your garden as well as a very knowledgeable owner! Great selections!

I picked out a hanging plant marked down to $9.99 from $14.00. The cashier did not honor the sale price claiming that the $9.99 is for the empty pot. Plastic empty pot costs $9.99? Isn't that stiffed?

Bruce is litterly the best. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. If you have ANY questions about ANY of the plants, he has an answer and some facts about whatever it is. Everyone I've met has been great and very helpful.
They help you with everything, if you need it, or let you do your own thing if that's what you prefer.
We are spoiled to have such a good nursery up here with folks that actually care.
