I had an appointment for Monday but on the way an airbag blew… I was going to be late for my appointment..so the broker rescheduled for Wednesday at 2:30!!!! Well we took a chance an showed up Tuesday around 7 pm.. went to the shipping/receiving door and rang the buzzer. Finally a guy from the night shift receiving answered.. we explained what happened and he said he would take us!!!! It took 1 1/2 hours and we were unloaded!!! They were so nice and saved the day !! The yard dog was also very nice!! 5 stars !!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Waiting for 2 months for something to be in stock. Once in stock ordered 6 cases in time for Christmas. When the delivery came the driver did not have the item. Called customer service and they stated that they must have used all the inventory before they were able to fill the orders. 6 days before Christmas. No call or email to give me a heads up. I asked if I could be offered the cases once back in stock, they said no that they don't back order. Talked to my rep who said to order again once in stock and it should come but could not confirm that it would. I don't think it's fair that I ordered it, and the order went through but was not able to receive any of the inventory. And it was equally terrible that it happen right before a holiday. And even if it were in stock and I trusted to order again, there are no deliveries for the next two weeks with Christmas and New Years.

Not a bad place to deliver the staff here is nice 😊 very friendly got here at 7:30 and they put me into a door also no overnight parking there’s a few truck stop and places where you can park exit 16 and exit 13 make a right or a left but you have to get there early enough to get a spot small place..

There under construction!!! Still lots of room to back in you can go in the office by door 36 and they will dock you early. My appointment was for 930am arrived at 7am was docked right away. They did say it might take awhile but I was out of there by 9am. They put signed paperwork in the back of the trailer when empty . There is 2 signs saying no over night parking.

They have the worst customer service I’ve encountered in bulk situations to date. They do not package appropriately but accept no responsibility in the successful delivery of their goods. Read the fine print as they will show absolutely none of the grace the faith their business claims to be founded in has. We were excited to support this family owned business and are beyond disappointed with the out come.

One of the most robotic ( for luck of a better term) to deliver. Arrived 1:30pm for my 5pm appointment. Only 11 pallets, and 3 trucks ahead of me. Finished unloading at 5:15pm.
They have trucks so why treat outside carriers like garbage

We are buying product from Dutch Valley for our business. They then told us there was a shortage of chocolate and that they would have to limit the amount that we purchased. They had the product but would not sell it to us we needed it. We had to go elsewhere do not buy from this company Had a very bad experience. We have employees without the chocolate we cannot work. They almost ruined my business.
