Just letting their customers know that the new owners are now charging a fee on any type of payment card used to purchase their products. Now when I recently bought feed, I was made aware of this policy, so I paid the fee. If I knew this before hand, I would have had the cash.
I checked on their web page, and there was no notice about this change, now they might have posted it on Facebook, but I am not on any social media. The way I figure it, our government knows enough about us without my helping them. From what I was told by the cashier, the posted signs in the office is all that is needed, which she apologized for the inconvenience.
When I confronted the new owner about this change, he explained that he wasn't going to pay out the cost each year, then indicated that I could take my business elsewhere. I've used this business for over four years, but I intend to do what this new owner suggested. I will take my business to someone who appreciates their customers, and is willing to keep them.
Apparently, he needs to take a customer relations course.

I've been going to the mill since I was a kid. Pretty much anything they don't have, they can order. Just call ahead and ask. The people who work there are all so kind. Highly recommend. Shop local!
