Parking here nightmare. Take 40 to get in. Park outside . Check in . Start to backup from street. After door8 you gonna need someone help to backup . Good people working here. It is okay to come early if it is same day.

I was honestly ready to post a bad review this morning due to previous reviews about space and unprofessionalism. But I was the second driver in line to get docked, pretty easy, just have to utilize your space as you’re backing up from the street, and drivers were helping each other back up.
Guys inside the shipping office really nice straightforward no bs. Idk about coming back lol but it was a decent experience

Mind what these drivers posted...it's tight in here big time...take it slow and don't be a super trucker..if you need to ask another driver for a extra pair of eyes...do it..it's tight...

I’m giving them a 4 star rating because as a REAL google reviewer I keep it professional without giving them a 1 star like others because of the small facility. You don’t just give out a 1 star rating because the facility is small… aside from the small facility how about the good service from the staff here?!! Yes they’re good people who made my delivery a good experience. I’m going to be real, yes it’s a tight fit but get over it drivers!! Get out and look or there’s nothing wrong with asking for a spotter to help you, swallow your pride it’s our job to maneuver these commercial vehicles in tight spaces. Don’t like it find another profession!! I have a studio sleeper and ‘53 trailer I understand the tight fit here but it can be done, don’t be lazy get out and look or ask for help!

So anyways, I’m came in 2 hours late from my appointment and they gave me a door right after and as I write this review they’re unloading my trailer. The gentleman at the counter was easy to talk to and offered me to wait in the office because my truck has no air conditioning right now. Check out the videos I uploaded to help you plan your approach as you back up through the front gate, don’t overthink it driver you got this. Thank you US Foods!

1 star for nice people. Dispatchers DO NOT SEND YOUR LEAST EXPERIENCED DRIVERS HERE!!!! Anything bigger than standard 72" sleeper and 53' trailer might not work. Shorter is better. Very dysfunctional parking area to dock. Must get turned around in road so you can back in through the main gate from the street at an angle. Was here for only 1.5 hours and witnessed a collision ? and that probably happens several times everyday. Just being honest when I say you are best to take this place seriously if you don't want a preventable accident on your record and an insurance claim. It can happen very easily here. Best I can say is GET OUT AND LOOK AS MANY TIME AS NEEDED. Might not be impossible because many come and go everyday but it's not a place for extra big trucks and or rookies. You will see when you get here. Probably won't be the most difficult you will encounter in your career but it will be amongst the top 10 maybe. Mind-boggling to me that they have all this land in the desert and cram warehouses so tight together like this. US Cold Storage has more money to have a better facility than this. They obviously don't care about the truckers and figure we will just keep coming back. Places like this will make your balls a bit bigger ?.

Very bad place to deliver. I was given door 6 but another driver cut the line ahead of me and two other drivers to parked in door 7. I asked him to droppd the trailer so I could get around his long nose Pete but he refused. When I told the people in the checkin office they told me it wasn't their problem. My company pays for detention after 2 hours into the delivery. My appointment was for 02:00 am didn't get into a door tell after 03:00 am because of the driver not dropping his trailer. I got my paper work at 06:00 am. Then when my company contacted the broker and receiver to get the detention pay they refused to pay the detention. If you can avoid it don't come here. They do not respect the driver's or the dispatchers.
