I used to love this place. Huge selection but way over priced. 20 a pound for skirt steak. Come on!!!! It’s a junk cut I never paid more than 6 a pound for. Highly doubt I’ll return. Prefer to know where my meat is coming from for those type of prices. Like a regenerative farm.

Sold me an incredibly poorly cut steak where the topside(the only side I saw in the case) looked great but the width varied wildly and the back looked like a car accident. The manager was rude and unhelpful when I emailed about it. 0/10

EDIT: To the owner: I did not notice until right as I was making dinner, so what else was I going to eat? Your other option, which was super easy to do, would be to just refund me or give me store credit. If I returned that steak were you going to RESELL it!? I will recommend to everybody I speak to never to go to your store. I cannot express how disappointing this whole experience has been.

I have been coming to this place for about 4 years now. I've never had a worse experience than I did at this moment. I was trying to pay with my food stamp card and my numbers are worn from the card being so old and wouldn't swipe. I have always been told as long as I have the card, as back up my ID because my name is on the card, can punch the numbers in. But the employees would not let me tell them, show them or put the numbers in myself. Anywhere else I have gone I've never had an issue.

A very busy place but it’s loaded with any kind of meat product you could want as well as exotic meats I have not seen sold anywhere else.

We walked away with a lot of fine meats that were fresh and tasted wonderful.

Prices are actually pretty reasonable given the area and I saw they take ACCESS which is good for those who are using that program

A superb selection of all different kinds of meats. Actual real wagyu cuts as well. Amazing premade burger patties and some of that best sausages you can find in Pittsburgh. The Apple Maple Chicken sausages are seriously the delicious.
