Really great brewery with both indoor and outdoor areas. Indoors you can find ample seating on two floors, a collection of board games, and a painting station to keep the kids occupied. Outdoors they have a fire pit and a complementary hot chocolate station on colder nights. This place is very dog friendly as well - they have dog treats available at the bar. In addition to their wonderful beers, they also have cocktails and cider on tap. Great place to hang out with friends or grab a drink before heading to dinner.

Awesome small-scale brewery in the heart of the Deutschtown Historic District. Friendly staff and very tasty beers. Mello, local vibe. Go to Penn Brewery first, then walk over to this gem on Ohio St.

Stellar beer and kind people at the helm!

My husband Caleb and I have spent substantive time at ACB since we moved back to Pittsburgh in 2019. We always feel welcomed by the bartenders.

Yinz should definitely check Allegheny City Brewing out in their newer digs on East Ohio street!

*The last time we snapped photos we were posted up watching the 2024 Olympics. My partner and I feel that is a testament to this place - we let our guard down and drop the phones.

ACB is an awesome and cozy space, nice outdoor tables for warm weather and a nice open space in the back. Great beers and selection, and super doggo friendly, they even have a dog wall you can put your dogs picture on. Nice spot to bike to and there are spots to lock up your bike. They have some snacks available for purchase and normally have a food truck.
