Where to even start? I visited Cinderlands Warehouse and it was amazing! Truly a gem—gorgeous space, really good beer and cocktails, and the food? Absolutely delicious.
The place has two floors and a deck for outdoor seating, which is perfect when the weather’s nice. Since this is where they brew their beer, I had to try something local. I went with the Lil Cinder Mango—a classic American light lager made with real mango purée and flavor. It’s the perfect summer sipper!
Also tried Cindi’s Hard Mountain Tea, and as a fan of all things iced tea, this was a dream. It’s a hard iced tea, steam brewed and fizz-free, served over ice—super refreshing.
From the bites menu, we had:
Cheese curds: perfectly crispy, served with marinara.
Brussels sprouts: sunflower pesto, cherry tomatoes, couscous, aged provolone, and pistachios. This flavor combo was out of this world—truly a standout dish.
We happened to go on a Thursday, which meant Wing Night—tip: mark your calendar! Wings are just $1 each, available in 6 or 12-piece orders. The dry rub flavor was delicious.
We also tried a variety of mains:
Red Pizza: a classic—marinara with a blend of cheddar, fontina, and parmesan. Simple and so good.
Crunch Wrap: shredded beef, Fritos, beer cheese, enchilada sauce, and Aleppo sour cream. Absolutely delicious.
Smashed Wagyu Burger: two wagyu patties with grilled onions, dijonnaise, American cheese, bread & butter pickles, all on a Mediterra challah bun. Super fresh and tasty. All sandwiches come with chips too!
Cinderlands has a few locations around the city, and they also sell their beer in bars and through local distributors. But the Warehouse location? Highly recommend checking it out!

The beer and vibes were amazing! The bartenders were so friendly. I met a guest at the bar who’s a bartender at another brewery in the area and she chooses to drink here on her time off which was a great sign!! I got to play games in between beers. This was my favorite brewery find when visiting Pittsburgh! I wish I got to try their food.

This place is hopping on a Saturday night. The selection is good and the food was delicious. The chicken sandwich had Korean flavor and was messy good. The service was really good too in spite of a packed house. I sat at the upstairs bar and they did a great job making sure I was taken care of.

Incredible beer, impressive space, delicious bar food. The wings on game day were especially tasty. We sat at the bar and had a great time. Spacious, beautiful location with good service, super clean and easy to find parking. Couldn't ask for more!

The food here was really good! I was pleasantly surprised by both dishes. I wasn't expecting much from brewery food, but it certainly delivered more than my expectations! The wings were really great! Not at ALL soggy as bar wings generally can be. I ordered the pomegranate hot honey wings, which in and of itself is a very adventurous flavor for any restaurant, so I was curious to see how they would handle it. The wings came out crispy with the sauce caramelized to the perfect consistency and then baked on just right. Honestly, an astoundingly well crafted dish! I also ordered the pierogis. They were a pear compote I believe with goat cheese and sweet potato filling and sage garnish. The flavor profile came together in such a cohesive way, this was clearly a well thought out dish and designed with the fall spirit in mind. Perfect compliment to our crisp fall weather! I also had the cheese curds on the side. A much less complex staple dish, but one that was handled well and I had absolutely not complaints about. All in all, great good! I also sample a few beers while I was there. I was particularly fond of the star crumb: pumpkin pie. I also enjoyed the black and yellow yinzerade and the Lil cinder lime. The star crumb took the show though with a great sour punch to it and notes of pumpkin pie and vanilla that combined really well.

My husband and I have spent so many nights at Cinderlands and always want to come back because of the great food and better beer. We even got married here and it was genuinely the best decision we made. The event coordinator, Kate, is absolutely fantastic to work with. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and experienced. All of the staff that worked that night as well were absolutely wonderful. There was never a line at the bar for drinks and were extremely accommodating to us and our guests the entire night. Multiple times they came up to us asking what we wanted to drink which was so appreciated when we didn’t have time to go to the bar when talking to guests. Beyond that, the space is BEAUTIFUL. With the string lights, exposed brick, and outdoor patio, it was the perfect setting for end of summer wedding. Everything is included as well so you don’t have to worry about renting chairs, tables, place settings, bringing in catering or booze… etc for the big day. Also very affordable!! Can’t say enough great things about Cinderlands. It will always hold a special place in our hearts. <3

We were in Pittsburgh for the weekend and happened upon this brewery while walking down the strip waiting for our next event. The hostess was really friendly and personable. We decided to sit at the bar since we didn't have much time. It was very relaxing. I loved the spiked tea and my husband enjoyed his Oktoberfest beer. Next time we're in Pittsburgh we'd definitely love to come back to try their food and sit on their outdoor rooftop seating.
