What a pleasant way to spend a Saturday afternoon tasting the delightful small batch ciders at the orchard/farm of After the Fall. Owner, orchard queen and cider creator Maria does it ALL and this one-woman operation is nothing short of impressive. Starting with a special welcome beverage and ending with my favorite of the tasting, the rhubarb cider, Maria’s intense attention to quality blooms with every sip. The tasting room, set in a very real barn, is an ideal space for smaller gatherings with so much potential to flourish. After the Fall is definitely worth the scenic drive through the Beaver/Butler countryside.

Delicious cider. I pass by here on my way to work. This year I stopped at their stand and picked up a half gallon of their sweet apple cider. Out of this world good. Much better than any store bought cider. You could taste the freshness.

Driving by, you can tell a lot of heart and soul goes into this orchard. It is very well maintained. Cannot wait until harvest time next year!!

Had an amazing time at the farm. Maria makes a phenomenal collection of ciders. Definitely the best in the region. The tasting in the barn was such a great experience. Make the trip to see her!!
