Trax farms is a wonderful staple of the local area for anyone who wants to support local business while also getting a lot of really good merchandise and local produce. They also employ a ton of really great people who are sweet and helpful and it’s cool to see them give jobs to a lot of local uses as well. The market has several components that you should definitely check out if you go by. First, the produce is always worth looking at. There’s also a well stocked winery shop and in a little nook upstairs you will find a pretty cool mini antique shop. they also have a large gift shop and outside plant and flower nursery and across the entire farm. They host seasonal festivals that you would be severely missing out on if you did not partake. I highly recommend trax forms to any visitor or local in the area.

We buy our Christmas tree from Trax every year. It’s always beautiful, it’s always long lasting, and it’s always cut the day it’s delivered. This year I made a mistake and ordered a half size too small. I called and spoke with Chuck and Tommy and they had a new tree delivered to me within two hours. Even further, they called to ask me how the new tree worked out and when I asked about the balance for the difference in size, they said “There isn’t a balance. We’ll see you next year.” What an incredible display of customer service and evidence of why we should all be shopping small/local. Thanks team!

this was the most fun I had in a while, beautiful, fresh air, extremely friendly staff, my girlfriend and I had a great time during the fall festival, did a hay ride, picked out some pumpkins, and had some apple cider shaved ice which is a must try!! I LOVE TRAX FARM 🌽❤️

It's a great market and nursery, but it's not cheap. While they obviously offer some home grown goods, a lot is shipped in and there is a premium price placed on items - I don't feel the high price for mass produced goods is warranted, but it is what it is.

Trax Farm Market is a great place to spend a day shopping or browsing. The place is huge and will take a lot of time if you are trying to see everything. There are so many different areas to this place it's like a little mall. It is a cool place to find some very unique items. They sell everything from crafts to tools and baked goods. There is an outside section where they sell different plants and flowers.

I am writing this review after reaching out via their contact us form twice and not hearing back and unfortunately experiencing the same unpleasant behavior twice during my visits.

In the fall, I typically visit Trax twice. Once with my family and once with my friends. This past fall, visiting with my friends, we rode the hayride, got pumpkins, and were waiting in line to pay at the market side after getting some apples and other food. The line was incredibly long, which is understandable due to the fall time. The staff directed us to check out at the Deli. We did so, paid for all of our food and pumpkins and exited where we entered.

Due to the busy season, we parked in the back lot and entered/exited in the Market area by the restrooms and tables. As we were exiting, a man, who was speaking to employees and appeared to be an employee, accused us of stealing our goods. We stated no we did not, we paid in the market and were not given bags and went home. My friends and I are not people that care about being given bags, but we do care about being accused of stealing. What an unpleasant way to end a fun day.

I visited the store again this past weekend with my husband as we have for the past 4 years to purchase our Christmas tree and a few items from the store and market. We picked out our tree, and went inside to pick out our items.

We picked out a pillow, an ornament, and went to the market where we got cider, bread, corn, and salsa.

We decided to grab two sandwiches from the deli to-go. At the deli we asked if we could pay for all of our items (consistent with previous experiences). She said we could pay for everything except the tree. We did just that. We paid for our items and our sandwiches and were given no bag. Again, the bag for us is not an issue as we carry reusable bags in the car. My husband went to take the items out to the car while I waited for the sandwiches and we'd come back in to pay for the tree, pack it in our car and then head home.

I grabbed the sandwiches once they were ready and started walking to my husband outside. At the entrance I see maybe 5 employees stating that this man just walked out of the store with merchandise. I asked and pointed to that man? Yes, they were speaking about my husband that just spent over $90 dollars in the store and was putting the basket away. Why would a man who just stole merchandise be parked in the front of the store and be putting away his basket?

I let the employees that had nothing better to do than accuse my husband of stealing know that we just paid and we were coming back in to pay for our tree (another $100) and leave. If they wanted to see our receipt, we had it. Perhaps I had an attitude after now being accused for the second time of stealing from your store. Again, what another unfortunate way to end what would have otherwise been a fun day.

Unfortunately, if you set your customers up to fail and look as though they are stealing you will not have pleasant customers.

I am no customer service expert but I would think that during a busy season causing a commotion and embarrassing customers might not be ideal.

Perhaps those 5 employees could be best fit to stand at your exits and check receipts to prevent false accusations or incorrect assumptions. Or there could be signs that say customers need to pay for the merchandise in the appropriate store sections to again prevent these false accusations.

My family and my friends have selected a family owned store to support a small business in our area. Constantly being treated as though we are stealing from our own community will result in unhappy and un-returning customers.

I am embarrassed to be treated like we would be stealing from this local business. I understand that there are customers that do steal but unfortunately ambushing the door with 5 employees at once may not be the best way to deal with loss prevention.

I love trx farm they have always been very accommodating when I bought my Christmas tree. I never had a problem paying for the trees but this year I bought a 15 foot as I do every year and paid to have the tree delivered and they always would set up for me at no extra charge! This year they hit my wife up for an additional 53 dollars to take it from the front door and put in the stand! Very disappointed that I have never paid that extra money but for some reason today it was pay or they would leave at the door!! Just wrong I paid 400 dollars plus a 20 delivery fee( which I believed to be the amount to deliver and put in stand( like all years before) as I said earlier the tree is 15 foot ) I am not complaining about the cost of the tree or the delivery fee I would pay that over and over it was the surprise set up fee!
