Fresh Thyme is a great grocery store with an excellent refill water facility that tastes super fresh. They often have great deals on sweet potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, and A2 milk, making healthy eating more affordable. Their selection of seasonal fruits like jackfruit, mangoes, and watermelon is good in season . The store also offers bread and a good variety of alcoholic beverages. If you need quick generic medicines, they have a convenient selection at reasonable prices. Their customer service is friendly, and self checkout is usually quick. Overall, a fantastic place for quality groceries at ok prices!

I’ve ordered pick up from here multiple times. I pick it up on my way home from work. I have a multi hour commute so this is the most convenient way to get my groceries and still get home at a decent time. Fresh thymes curbside delivery has gotten worse and worse every time I go. I’ve been told that I will receive a compensation for the wrong items in my order as well as a coupon, neither of which I’ve received. I live a half an hour from the store. I was told that I needed to bring the items BACK that THEY PICKED WRONG AND CHARGED ME FOR THE ACTUAL ITEMS THAT I ORDERED (ounces were wrong for yogurt. They charged me SEVEN DOLLARS FOR FOUR OUNCES. They consistently give one apple or one banana when I order 1 pound. I ordered dairy free creamer and they gave me international delight. THAT WAS JUST THIS ORDER) I have been incredibly patient and kind about this entire ordeal as I understand mistakes happen, people misread orders, etc not a problem. However this is every single time I do a curbside order. Zero out of 5 stars for customer service, customer satisfaction, and employee competency. I will never be going back and if you’re thinking of giving them a try don’t bother. You will only be disappointed and over charged.

My girlfriend used to work here for like 2.5 years. I'm friendly with everyone in this store. I work in the same shopping center so I frequently get breakfast and lunch there. There is a new employee/manager guy whatever that works there that keeps following me whenever I enter the store and when I'm checking out recently. It makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable and threatened. I've actively started to avoid the store. I will go out of my way elsewhere than have to feel small like that. It sucks because I'm cool with alot of the employees there I have been shopping there for years now. Why is this a resounding story with people of color and shopping at fresh thyme?

Went to the soft opening Tuesday evening. They have it all and the displays of food items are wonderful. Veggies and fruits look beautiful! Got a smoothie, it was delicious. Their fresh orange juice is like nothing you've every had. Amazing!

First time shopping there and on January 28. Rudest person ever in deli. I needed more deli meats and they said they closed at 7 I was only going to ask for one more and try it. It was ten minutes to closing so I understand, but his attitude ruin that first time experience for me.

Finding some special sales along the way is always a bonus. Great Produce has a nice selection with regular or organic choices.
Just stop in and find some great gluten free alternatives for your next meal.
There are also little baskets for the kiddos to help with the shopping .

Produce was hit or miss. Some looked good, but a lot of it was quite wrinkly or wilted, and still on the pricier side.

They have some competitively priced options for grass fed dairy and humane certified pasture raised eggs. Unfortunately I grabbed a cheese that was not one of them, it had no price displayed, and turned out to be significantly more expensive than at other stores.

They sell some otc medications, which is super useful, and seems rare for health food stores, which often only sell supplements.

I'd shop here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

I love this place. Best produce around. The last time I was there, the lemons were as big as oranges.
