Friendly, quick, professional, and helpful staff. But the lot is on a steep hill, with very little room to meneuver. I was in a sleeper pulling a van. There's a little building with the 54 Brwn St address on it. I pulled in right past there. It was very tight. You have to overshoot it, then cut your wheels to back up and give yourself the right angle. Watch the roof of the tiny building. Then park and check in at the warehouse. If you see one of the lift truck drivers, they will help you.
There's only 2 outdoor docks and a spot for flatbeds on the other side. If there had been another truck backed in, I wouldn't have been able to swing around.
WH guy started loading me quickly, but it was a little slow going.
