No instructions on where to stop the lady yelled at us and made my ride to California awkward she didn’t even inspect she just let us off and I think that’s very unprofessional

Went through around 4 am and an older woman wearing a toboggan and what looked like really dark tattooed eyeliner literally came stomping out of the shack. She slammed her arms down on her sides and yelled at me about which line to be in and mumbled something about she had to “walk over here”, even though the lane was open. I’m not really sure what the purpose was because she didn’t check or ask me anything, she just yelled at me. I’ve been coming through this inspection station for the past 7 years and have been waved over to that line on many occasions. I wish she could see how unprofessional she looks acting like that for no reason. I was embarrassed for her.

Please know the law (Employee of the State) and this is not "tri-state privilege's" the rude comments and blatant dislike for others is apparent and not appreciated. If you enter the interstate in one state (Arizona) and exit the interstate in the same state (Arizona), but needed to travel across another state (California) you DO NOT NEED a health Cert or Coggins. Your job is to be informative and refer for enforcement when needed. I hope this helps for future interactions or needing to find a new job.

No instructions whatsoever to stop or keep going. Old grumpy man standing 50ft before the stop sign got mad because I stopped at the stop sign and he had to sprint behind me yelling at me to put my window down just to ask me where I was coming from, clearly from Arizona, where else I’ll be coming from. This checkpoint is waste of time just holding up traffic.
