I always look forward to visiting Urban Roots Farm’s tent at the Bryn Mawr Farmers Market on Saturdays. Their produce is consistently top-notch! The beets are incredibly flavorful—sweet and perfect for roasting. I also love their fresh cauliflower, crisp spinach, and delicious sweet potatoes. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their growing process. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for fresh, local veggies.

I used farm flowers from Urban Roots for my wedding! They charged us $85 per bucket of stems! They were gorgeous! They let my friends and I assemble the centerpieces at their beautiful farm and kept them in their refrigerator until the wedding day! They even delivered them to the venue the day of for $50!!! Amazing. Savannah is so sweet and I loved that we made the centerpieces ourselves! Every bride should consider making their own centerpieces to save $$ and put their own stamp on their wedding decor! It was fun and my friends really loved doing it with me!

I LOVE the veggies. So fresh. I tried this CSA last year and am hooked. I have never had such a consistent diet of freshness in my life. And I am no spring chicken either! Speaking of which, they have partnered with a chicken farm too. I was introduced to quite a few new vegetables through this. What a treat!
Make sure you dry your veggies when you receive them. They will keep better that way.
