Chefs kiss! Bought a variety of meats today with the help of Anders knowledge. He was patient with our questions and recommended ways to prepare the meats. Fantastic selection and impeccable service. I watched the butcher cut my ribeye steaks and beef knuckle for beef jerky right I'm front of me. Emporium has a spicy Brazilian sausage that is to die for! I will be back for my standing rib roast and pork belly in a few weeks!!! Go there...you will love it!

My husband and I purchased ribeye’s, chicken, sausage and bacon. Butcher cut everything in front of us and they were so personable and knowledgeable. Meats were so good!! We will absolutely be back!

Omg these steaks are amazing. Been going to giant n getting filets for $32 a lb! Went here, $18 a lb n great quality. Got 7 steaks for $50. Giant meat taste like the cow booty. Highly recommend!!
