We have this Globe Slicer -S13 series for a little more than 3 months, had to call services 6-7 times( the national manager Michael said that we had purchased over 1 yea, which we only have over 3 months ) the technician came in to fix it, couldn’t put it back together, broke it and stated that he needs to cut the hub. We also bought an another serious but had to return. The S-13 series costs us over $6,000 had 2 years of parts and labor warranty but they cancel. What a waste of money. They can’t put it back, can’t cut veggies now

I spent 3 days getting to know the team at Globe and the products they offer. Such fun folks who truly love their jobs. I can't wait to come back to Dayton, OH to do it all over again!

Customer support is non existent. They won't help their clients that have 3 globe mixers. Guess that's why brand loyalty is disappearing. I will make sure to never recommend them to anyone. Their customer support hung up on me. What type of company are they running.

We bought a big machine for over $15,000 on Dec 2016, and it keep broken, we contact the company several times, they fixed as well. It was broken this March, and they confused to fix it. We have no idea, it is not a cheap item, and it support can last 5 year at least.
