Many of the best times in my childhood was family gathered under a covered backyard fire pit, while turning a whole lamb on a spit over hot coals, during the rain. If you want some of the healthiest lamb or pig, this is the place to get it. They will sell you a whole live lamb or pig, or one dressed for roasting on a spit. I don't know if they further butcher it into parts, but add it to this review. It's rare to find hand raised meat these days. This is the only way to know where your food comes from. A word of caution if you buy it live, butchers in central Arizona DO NOT slaughter live animals. All the large slaughterhouses want a certificate, and have a 3 week waiting period, to kill their competition, or simply refuse on arbitrary reasons: Shamrock Foods, Harvest and US Food stock. Don't buy meat from the store or supplied by these large companies, that are gouging us right now, buy from these smaller local growers.
