Grand Opening was just yesterday - every employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable. The store has a local hometown store feel. I would recommend them for all farm supply, Fasteners, tools & hardware needs.

Just like walking into a tractor supply. Brands are different. But the lay out is pretty close. Nices are about the same too. Asked for help from a younger guy and he had us go with another guy who was clearly newer and didn't know much about where everything was. But we found what we needed.

I love this store. They are the only one that sells the type of Kalmbach chicken feed that i feed my Silkies. I just wish there was one closer to me. I drive all the way from Apollo to the Belle Vernon store.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.. Trying to buy BULK bird seed which is MARKED BULK SEED ON SALE… But there’s no seed out.. I asked the manager & he won’t OPEN A BAG & put the seed out.. saying the sale doesn’t start till tomorrow.. EVEN THE Sign saying SALE… . For a new store just opening & not selling stuff they have marked SALE 🤷‍♀️… I actually breed birds in this area.. I consider myself a good customer. & I won’t go back.. There’s other farm stores that have bird seed on sale… And would NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT.. If there’s a sale sign up.. that means the seed is on sale…That store manager I guess he saved $1.00 by not putting the seed out he had marked ON SALE.. there was 1 1/2 hours till the store would close & the next day will start his sale… I guess this manager will put the bird seed out..

I went to the Belle Vernon store today. The manager, Jerry, was absolutely horrible to deal with. This is the second time I’ve interacted with him, both time he’s been unpleasant. I tried to buy a 6’ box blade, he refused to allow it to be loaded in my truck because I would not REMOVE my tailgate entirely from my truck. It’s a 6’ blade, I have an 8’ bed.

My previous interaction with Jerry, he tried to charge me for warranty work on my brand new Husqvarna chainsaw. It’s a shame such a nice store has such poor leadership.

Ok store but tractor supply is better. They dont do propane here and the staff needs training on what they do and do not have.

Nice to have some competition to tractor supply now. Their prices on chicken food beats other places. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
