Great, clean and efficient operation. The highest quality pet food operation I have ever seen. You could process and package food for people in here. And our cat loves the food. Has more energy than ever before, and he's over 13 years old!

The only reason I am giving more than one star is because my cats loved this food and became the only food they would eat at one point. The only few places we could find it started leaving five month old food stocked in the refrigerator and after that stopped stocking it all together. Our cats had no food to eat and wouldn't eat anything else so we went on the website and went to every store that supposedly stocked the food within a hundred miles of here! Same situation at every store. Either months old food or none at all. We started talking to the managers of the stores at about five locations and none of them could offer us a resolution so we contacted freshpet. They didn't get the problem resolved at all and didn't seem to care that our cats were over here starving because of them. Their idea of a resolution was to send us coupons. 😒 Really... How are we suppose to use coupons when you stopped stocking the food and we couldn't find it anywhere? We never found an answer to why this was happening and nothing ever changed. The only thing to change was the food our cats were eating.

They don’t treat drivers with respect. They keep you illegally parked in front of the building. They have no parking in all but they suppose to take your phone number and call you when they ready for you. Very unfriendly receiving people. First time delivering at this place and last. I been delivering thers Product from Lineage for long time but I’ll stay away.
I hope the owner or a supervisor reads this

This is a company that not only makes a great product, but gives back to the community. Freshpet donates food to my rescue COLLAR, INC and sister rescue DROOL MONSTERS. I have many seniors and terminal dogs. One dog just turned 20 in May, another wouldn't eat...I have had Mastiffs live as much as 16 years! There's no doubt in my mind their diet has very much to do with the fact that they eat Freshpet. If you have a dog, even an old dog, you want to love on for a long time...try this stuff. You and your dog won't be disappointed.

I have three dogs and my sister has 6 dogs, they all love fresh pet but we cannot ever find it. I rescue pitbulls and find that I don't have to worry about digestive problems and find that this is a well-balanced food when introducing a new dog into the pack. Please let me know how this problem is being resolved because I find it is nation wide.

Some of the BEST dog and cat food products come from this facility! Everything is made FRESH daily and keeps well for up to 6 months (unopened) in your refrigerator. Your pets will love you for it!
