Guard was nice. Don't see point in it when just gives paper to call someone to assign door. Arrived 1015 immediately in door and started unloading.
Slide tandems back, back up to door leaving seal in tact.
Warehouse person tales bol at door and verifies seal number.
Open up n back up, disconnect and pull forward lil bit.
Green light go, bol in back.
Easy peezy lemon squeezy
Plenty maneuvering room.

I don't work here, but I have bought their product recently. I tried sending feedback concerning their product. I put one bag in microwave, and my microwave started sparking and making a "surging" noise. I thought maybe because bag was expanding and had touched the vent was the reason. Several weeks later, same thing happened amd thr microwave started smoking and smelled like it was on fire. So I tried taking it over to my daughter's house and same thing happened. My microwave was fried and I had to buy a new one! Not that I think the company will see this, let alone bother with any response, but I wanted to let others know or see if anyone has had similar experience.

No overnight parking,but you can go early plenty of parking while waiting and they definitely take their time app time 1300 I arrived 0630 now 1400 just got bills back.
